 Did that.  The gitian env needs new libseccomp, because it will compile
 the bpf filters when you run make.  The one in backports is sufficiently
 recent, newer doesn't hurt.

 The build will fail if the library is too old.

 Sorry for the extra work, but the seccomp stuff on 32 bit intel is a lot
 better now.
