 Redirecting to another page without giving any choice is hostile to users
 (you never know if that shortened url leads to hello.jpg) and can be a
 security risk. It should be disabled. Firefox has a pref to disable it:
 "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page" which should be
 set in Tor Browser.
