 OS X 10.11.6 on Macbook Pro Retina, attached to a 1920x1200 display.

 === Steps to Reproduce
 Launch Tor Browser from the dock on the laptop screen
 Drag the Window to the external display
 The Tor window becomes improperly window with a smaller window embedded
 onto the larger full browser window.


 Workaround is to maximize the window by double clicking the top bar and
 then minimize it.

 Then if you start a new browser window on the external display and drag it
 over to the laptop display, the rendering does not adjust and causes the
 application bar to be big and fuzzy.
