 You did not attach anything to this ticket. What is the exact text of the
 error message that is displayed?

 What version of Windows are you using?

 What version of Tor Browser are you using? (I am not sure which version is
 meant by "new beta update to 5.03")

 Is this a new problem? In other words, is there a recent version of Tor
 Browser that you are able to use successfully?
