 The handling of CAs in tor-browser seems to be broken. It’s impossible to
 add a new CA (like cacert) to the tor-browser, certificates signed by this
 new CA are not working and the CA is not shown in the Autorithy-tab.
 If you try to remove a build-in-CA, the remove-dialog is not closing (but
 the removing itself works ARAIS).

 How to replicate:
 -Install new tor-browser-bundle.
 -Add new CA (like cacert).
 -Go to a page that uses this CA.
 -See it fail.
