 * Head to https://www.gandi.net/ssl/documentation and click the link to
 "Gandi's Standard SSL" (under the '''Technical documentation''' heading)
 to open the Downloading Certificate dialog.
 * Check one or more of the trust boxes and click OK.
 * Click the link again

 I expect TB to alert me to the fact that I've already imported and trusted
 the certificate, but instead the dialog opens again, exactly as before.

 Heading to the Certificate Manager confirms that the certificate hasn't
 been imported and certerror is shown when visiting, for example,
 https://gnu.io/ .

 This is Tor Browser 4.5 from
 https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/4.5/tor-browser-linux64-4.5_en-
 US.tar.xz with absolutely no customisation or prefs changes.
