Comment:

 The problem is that Mozilla just grabbed all the old NoScript versions
 (you get the same issue with nightly builds which has still 2.6.9.21 as
 dependency), signed them leaving the old version number in place. Thus,
 all our NoScript sha256sums are mismatching now. I think the best
 "solution" to this is moving on and tagging a new release with updated
 sha256sums. I plan to do that tomorrow.
