 At the UX sprint, Arthur pointed out that perhaps we can add an option to
 our NSIS installer to create a desktop shortcut, start menu shortcut,
 and/or application registration for Windows 8.

 This might help more people to find TBB after installation, at the risk of
 leaving a tiny bit more evidence on disk that TBB was installed.
