 It looks like you're on a security level with:
 "Some font rendering features are disabled."
 "Some fonts and icons may display incorrectly."

 Alternately, it could be due to one of these other security features:
 "Some mechanisms of displaying math equations are disabled."
 "Some types of images are disabled."

 If you are able, try the site on a lower security level.
