 We are currently shipping Tor Browser with one self-contained profile
 making it effectively not possible to use it in multi-user mode. We might
 want to think about ways to change that. This would resolve one blocker
 for getting Tor Browser into Debian or make it usable in a Windows
 environment with multiple users.
