 This could be related to
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/5926 #5926]. Hopefully,
 arthuredelstein's [https://github.com/arthuredelstein/tor-
 browser/tree/5926_esr31 locale spoofing patch] may fix this issue as well.
