 I'm pretty new to all this and was looking to get my feet wet.  I
 downloaded the browser, but when I try to start it, it tells me, "The
 application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)"  If you could tell
 me what I'm doing wrong, that'd be great lol

 It's version 3.6.5
