Comment:

 We don't recommend it anymore (if that ever happened) as the updater
 landed in 4.0 which is now the way to get a newer Tor Browser without the
 need for re-customization. If there are still resources on our websites
 that talk about doing the unzip dance we should update them in (a)
 separate ticket(s).
