Really, this is ALL the e-mail we received (no extra info even in message
headers) for this case. And this happens quite frequently.

In order to better help those users and avoid round-trip e-mail checking
for OS and language, it would be great if it is possible to include in
standard log output for Tor Browser info about the exact Tor Browser
Bundle being used. The exact TBB package downloaded informs us about the
language used for Tor Browser (so we know which language should use to
contact the user), the OS and the TBB version.
