Hey Arturo,

Thanks for reaching out. I think this would fall under the type of legal
question that Legal Lab can help you with. OTF itself will not be providing
legal advice, but we will connect you to people who can provide legal
advice.

I am talking to a few of our partners so I will get back to you soon. What
is your time line?
