Hi!

This Friday, Roger Dingledine gave me access to blog.torproject.org.
I have completed adding the past newsletter to the blog this morning:
<https://blog.torproject.org/category/tags/tor-weekly-news>

Also, we discussed that it would actually be better to send the
newsletter to both the tor-news and tor-talk mailing lists. Two main
reasons: a good amount of tor-talk subscribers never subscribed to
tor-news, and so it will help the signal to noise ratio on tor-talk; the
Reply-To for tor-news messages is set to tor-talk, so in the end it will
make the archives easier to follow.

I have updated the main wiki page accordingly.
