Thanks for contacting us.

It sounds like you're on Fedora 27? I hear that Fedora 27 is end-of-life
as of last November, i.e. it stopped being supported or updated a
year ago.

So your best bet is to update to a newer Fedora. Then you'll get a
proper maintained Tor version, and also you'll get maintained versions
of everything else on your computer.
