[network-health] Upgrade your 'TORdashRELAYdotUS' Tor relay?

Thank you for the tip-off. I wound up discovering that my hosting
provider had pulled the plug on serial console access, but after a
week offline, the server is back online and the TOR relay is again up
to date.
