[metrics-team] Moat and IP numbers

On this page: https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#details/086CAE1C436F4CF8399C3C84A3595ED34E909C04 
You will not see IP number.

But when you go to: moat page there you see ip numbers when you aks for bridge.
So what is the point of not showing ip numbers on the first page?
