[metrics-team] metrics shows up to date "Flags", but not "Uptime"

Did you check 10, 20, 60 minutes later? Does it show the correct uptime now?

It can take an hour or two for updates to show up in Onionoo. And in
this case, "Flags" and "Uptime" come from two different descriptor
types. I could imagine that one was processed and the other was not.

In theory, I'd want all updates to happen atomically. Well, the computer
scientist in me wants me to make it work like that. But the software
engineer in me pressures me spend my time on more critical issues than
this one. I'd say if this issue heals itself after another hour or
three, we should treat this as a non-issue.

Thanks for reporting anyway! And if it's worse than I'm assuming right
