[metrics-team] bw history outage?

Hi,

what happened to the bw history line on this graph?

https://metrics.torproject.org/bandwidth.html?start=2019-10-01&end=2019-10-08

The advertised bandwidth line continues but the
bw history appears to have stopped at 2019-10-03
