[metrics-team] Refresh router info

Hi,

I have a Q:

Got my TOR router running properly now, after some try-on-errror.

However: the new/proper domain name is not updated to the latest config data
on your stats pages:

https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#details/7957396E89B1DDF8CFAAD24866E44
9E48337436B

Is there a way to force reload of the current config data on the stats
pages, so it doesn't show the old/original server name?
