[metrics-team] Graph not visible

Me too. Graphs in Tor Metrics look empty. For example:
https://metrics.torproject.org/userstats-relay-country.html
https://metrics.torproject.org/userstats-relay-country.png?start=2019-01-08&end=2019-04-08&country=all&events=off

The Graphs become empty when "Start date" is between 2019-01-06 and 
2019-01-10.
