[metrics-team] metrics team retrospective

Hi!

We are going to meet on Friday 1730 UTC to do a retrospective with the
metrics team. Retrospectives are discussions where we go through the
things that worked and didn't work in the last 6 months (or any
timeframe we decide on) and dicuss the 3 more relevants issues. Usually
we would do a retrospective at our face to face dev meeting but this
time we couldn't do it in Mexico.

Steps for the retrospective:

1) Before the meeting, write down (not in the pad) all the things that
worked and the things that need improvement from the last 6 months.

2) At the start of the meeting, add all the things to the pad [0] with 1
line per issue you are bringing.

3) After everybody added their stuff, we are going to decide on 3 topics
we want to talk about. (Let's add a +1 on the ones we think we should
talk about)

4) Discussion.

We will try to have this meeting in less than an hour (as we are also
talking about the roadmap after the retrospective). We are such a small
team that this is totally doable.
