[metrics-team] [tor-network-alerts] persistent Exitmap checktest Detection failure for jumpnet

Hi,

I assume the checktest module (by David?) makes a request to check.tpo 
to see if it properly detects the exit IP based on [1] data.

For some reason the check fails for exit "jumpnet" even though its IP is listed in [1],
do you know why?
