[metrics-team] Question on number of servers

Hello Tor Metrics!

The chart at https://metrics.torproject.org/networksize.html shows both the
number of bridges and number of relays.

*Does the number of relays include bridges? Or is that only counting relays
that are not bridges?*

My understanding is that a bridge is a type of relay
<https://metrics.torproject.org/glossary.html#bridge>, but I don't know
what definition the chart is using.
