[metrics-team] no bw graphs for specific OpenBSD exit

It looks like a bug in Relay Search.

The following is just a guess, but this issue might be related to this
relay providing bandwidth graphs for 3 days and 1 week, which are no
longer parsed by Relay Search. Maybe it chokes on finding two such
histories. At least I ran into similar issues when looking at two random
other relays reporting bandwidth histories for 1 week.

Can you please open a Trac ticket in the Relay Search component for this
issue? (In the future, feel free to just open a ticket directly.) Thanks!
