onionoo has more (pre-processed) data and state data/timestamps.

examples of questions onionoo data answers directly (with
stem you would replicate a few steps that onionoo does already for you
or you would not be able to do it without keeping old consensuses + comparing)

- how long is the relay down? (last_seen timestamp)
- is the relay running a recommended version? (recommended_version)
- give me all relays in this relays effective family (effective_family)


I still hope that this service will use consenus+stem for the main 
question "is the relay in consensus and 'running'"?
