[metrics-team] History/Graph Issue

Please check out the graph for relay fingerprint 102B22011EAD87D9AA853DB4ABD0651F5B7A1F90. 1 month/3 month read/written bytes displays only old data (relay was down for a month, graph has no new data after the start of the down time). Exit/guard probability graph appears just fine.
