[metrics-team] server-descriptor not readable (2018-02-08-11-05-00-server-descriptors has >30k descriptors)

Can you send us the log messages for your relays at these times?

This looks like a bug in Tor.
We would like to track it down.

I opened a bug here:
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/25208

We might also limit the number of descriptors that Tor posts per hour.
Maybe 6 descriptors per hour is enough?
Is there any particular limit that would help metrics-lib?
