[metrics-team] can i get my tor relay removed from the directory

Your relay will automatically disappear from Relay Search after 1 week
of downtime.

If you want to figure out what issues you had with running your relay in
parallel to other programs, please consider posting to the tor-relays@
mailing list instead:
