[metrics-team] glossary: anchor ids for individual items

Hi,

I'd like to link different tor specific terms (like CW, effective
family, ...) to the description on your pages.

I noticed the individual items (ie. consensus_weight_fraction) on [1]
are not link-able since they do not have an html id.

Would it be possible to automatically (without a lot of effort) add ids
so one can link to them directly?

Is there any other glossary with these terms?
