This is most likely a bug.

We recently updated one of the data-processing modules of the Tor
Metrics website, which overwrote the configuration file with a blank
one. This error went unnoticed for the weekend. Looks like the fix came
a few hours after the 72 hour mark for which recent descriptors are
available on CollecTor. So, we're missing a few hours of descriptors in
the database.

I'm now re-importing descriptors since July 1, which should ideally fix
this bug. This may take a few more hours. If it doesn't fix the issue
over night, I'll take another look tomorrow.
