[metrics-team] Problem with RelaySearch or the relay data

this has likely todo with this bug:

Your relay appears to be down. If you started it recently (wihthin the
last 2 hours), give it a few more hours to re-appear as running(green)
on RelaySearch. In that case the not recommended info might disappear as
well.
