[metrics-team] Drop in users

Hi everyone!

Just noticed this, a massive drop in users (link below is the .onion for
Metrics):

http://rougmnvswfsmd4dq.onion/userstats-relay-country.html

I've looked at few countries like Russia and US that we have lots of
users and they all have the same drop. Even a place like Canada has
that.

I'm wondering if this is actually a Metrics glitch or else a big ass
botnet has been taken down? Or we are seeing quite the censorship event
accross the world... ?

We should really figure this out soon.
