Comment:

 It's been a few years and the effect is rather small, but let's do it
 together with #18167.

 I cleaned up the patch from a few years ago and reprocessed all Decembers.
 Here's the result:

 As one can see, there's no visible change. I think this is good and that
 we should still make the change, because the approach is likely to be more
 correct.
