 Sounds like we should add a `continent_code` field and corresponding
 parameter. For matching countries with continents we could use
 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sovereign_states_and_dependent_territories_by_continent_(data_file)
 this data file]. Somewhat blocking on #32978, because the possible
 alternative might come together with continent codes.

 No need to file a separate issue for querying for more than one country at
 once. It's already filed: #23913.
