 Alright, I set up the Prometheus exporter on all three OnionPerf
 instances, firewalled except for prometheus2.torproject.org. You can find
 it at:

 Can you include these in the dashboard, even without alerts, and tell me
 one or more links for keeping track of the basic metrics like "host up and
 reachable"?

 We just killed the AWS instance. I'll keep a closer eye on the instances
 as I would if we had alerts. If we have them next week or the week after,
 that's fine. If it takes longer I'll make new plans.
