Tor's Nagios -- for checks like running out of disk space -- even if those
hosts are not managed by the Tor sysadmin team?

Traditionnally, no: we have all sorts of automation to make checks
*exactly* like running out of disk space on TPA hosts. It would be
difficult to make those work on external hosts in our current
 infrastructure.

One thing we could do would be to try Prometheus and Grafana for this. We
have started working with the anti-censorship team to do this in #31159
and while progress *has* been slow, I still believe it's our best shot at
centralizing our monitoring infrastructure with this heterogeneous
 environment...
