 This sounds like a discussion for our next meeting. I think this specific
 release doesn't need an announcement, because no user will ever notice the
 missing dependency and a tiny fraction of users will notice the rDNS fix.
 But we could have announcement for more user-visible changes. I'll add it
 to the agenda!
