 Pushed the Statistics page update to master and the remaining patch as
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/karsten/metrics-
 web.git/commit/?h=task-27931-2&id=022fbde795445b7dae77690b9e7c38662f48075c
 commit 022fbde to my task-27931-2 branch]. Leaving as merge_ready, even
 though we'll have to wait another 2.5 weeks to merge it.
