 The "Total consensus weight across bandwidth authorities" graph at
 https://metrics.torproject.org/totalcw.html lists the total consensus
 weight in the vote of every bandwidth authority.

 But it would be really useful to see if shifts in the votes also cause a
 shift in the consensus.

 Please add a "consensus" line to the graph.
