 steps to reproduce:

 1. open https://metrics.torproject.org/exonerator.html in your browser
 2. for IP enter: [2a03:e600:100::12]
 3. enter "2018-08-22" in the date field
 4. click search

 OR
 simply click:
 https://metrics.torproject.org/exonerator.html?ip=%5B2a03%3Ae600%3A100%3A%3A12%5D&timestamp=2018-08-22&lang=en

 5. you will be presented with multiple URLs in the search result
 i.e. click "[2a03:e600:100::10]"
 which links to:
 https://metrics.torproject.org/?ip=[2a03%3Ae600%3A100%3A%3A10]&timestamp=2018-08-22&lang=en

 the url can be fixed by adding "exonerator.html"
 https://metrics.torproject.org/exonerator.html?ip=[2a03%3Ae600%3A100%3A%3A10]&timestamp=2018-08-22&lang=en
