Comment:

 I don't see anything obviously wrong with the BridgeAuth; it appears to be
 doing reachability testing. Perhaps there's something wrong further down
 the line, like maybe CollecTor isn't successfully getting bridge
 descriptor tarballs from the BridgeDB machine?
