 Thanks for looking carefully!

 Avoiding and finally removing these Time-changer classes is important.
 I amended my
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/iwakeh/onionoo.git/log/?h=task-21047-2
 branch] with the suggested changes, and added a deprecation commit on top
 that will remind about this in future.
