 Hi,
 While I was testing I was afraid I had overlooked something and I made
 sure all possible traffic on port 80 was being redirected. So yes you are
 right that udp rule shouldn't be there.

 Regarding the latest updates. I have "refreshed" all three instances us,
 nl and hk.

 Regarding op-ab.onionperf.torproject.net subdomain that's now active.
