[global-south] Introduction - Outreachy Internship with Tor

Hi Anushka,

During the contribution period you will need to research and collect
Tor user pain points, write a user feedback report and submit to
frontdesk@ email. 

In this exercise I want to evaluate your capacity of identifying user
pain points, how and from where you've collected this feedback, etc.

BIG TIP: if you read Tor Browser release blog posts, 
you will find a lot of feedback. For example:

https://blog.torproject.org/new-release-tor-browser-10014 

You don't need to report or communicate directly to Tor Developers
during the contribution period. This is just an exercise.
