[global-south] Introduction - Outreachy Internship with Tor

Good to hear from you too!

Yes I went through the project contribution page , and yes I reached out to
the project mentor. Although, I haven't received a reply from him yet.

Have you started contributing yet? I couldn't understand where should I
start. This is a bit overwhelming right now.
