Hola comunidad del sur! Esperando que se encuentren bien dentro de lo
posible en estos extraños momentos (english below)

La próxima semana estaremos desarrollando un taller con mujeres de
distintos países de América Latina, para entender mejor cómo se hace
monitoreo y análisis  de censura en internert, desde una perspectiva
técnica. Para eso, queremos contar con datos actualizados sobre
bloqueos, y hemos identificado algunos casos en que se podría estar
atentando contra los derechos sexuales y reproductivos y el derecho al
acceso a la información de las mujeres. Por eso quisiéramos pedirles su
apoyo para recabar estos datos, a través de la aplicación OONI.

En primer lugar, queremos actualizar la información obtenida por Coding
Rights junto con OONI [1] hace algunos meses, sobre el bloqueo de
https://www.womenonwaves.org/ en territorio brasilero, y para eso
necesitamos que **personas en Brasil**, y conectadas a través de
distintas ISP corran el siguiente link

países de Centro América. Dado que esta es una investigación en curso,
quisiéramos aportar con la mayor cantidad de datos al respecto. **Si
usted está en cualquier país de Centro América**, no importa si su
conexión es a través de Claro o no (pero mucho mejor si es con Claro) le

Para correr los links, tanto en el celular como en la computadora, es
necesario tener descargada la aplicación OONI [2]. Si quieren y pueden
ayudarnos, sería necesario hacer el testeo al menos una vez al día entre
hoy y el próximo 5 de agosto. Les agradeceríamos montones si pueden
ayudarnos haciendo tests o contándole a sus contactos que pudieran

Hello south community, hoping you are safe and healthy during these
strage times!

The next weel we'll be running a workshop with women from different
countries in Latin America, to better understand how to make internet
censorship monitoring and analysis, from a technical perspective. For
that, we want to have updated data on blocking, and we have noticed some
cases where womens' sexual and reproductive rights as well as the right
to access of information may be limited or restricted. That's why we're
ask for your help collecting these data, through OONI app.

First, we want to update the information included in the report
published by Coding Rights and OONI a few months ago [1] on the bloking
of https://www.womenonwaves.org/  in Brazil. For that purpose we are
calling people **based in Brazil** using different ISPs connections, run
