I propose to add a topic to the agenda for the meeting on next Tue

# exit-node in CR

I'm working Derechos Digitales and some local hacktivists in San Jose
(Costa Rica) to setup a new stable exit node. I already get in touch
with the provider and we got the funds.
I'd like now to know you opinion on the hosting specs and which
accounting make sense to setup to avoid possible legal problem.

Also I want to share the method we think make sense to develop trust
around TOR (the tech and the community) in order to create locally more
 exit nodes in the future.
